She has a background in international relations and human resources, punctuated by brief stints in product management and finance. Her efforts had promoted entrepreneurial education and supported engineering research exchange between UC Berkeley and Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, which continue to be relevant today. Married with one child, she renews herself through spending time with nature.
Cindy received her master’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from UC Berkeley. She has native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and experience living in Japan.
